August 6-10, 6:00am and 12:00pm, Prayer Gathering at Market Street Park
Charlottesville Clergy Collective (CCC) is sponsoring Prayer Gatherings at 6am and 12noon at Market Street Park. Come pray with us!

August 6-9, 9:00am-12:00pm, Food and Water Collection at First United Methodist Church
FUMC is accepting food and water donations as it prepares to be a Safe Space once again on August 12. NOTE: All food must be packaged (e.g. Kind bars, Lance crackers, etc.). No fruit, unpackaged cookies, cakes, etc.

August 9, 7:00pm, CCC Interfaith Service at the Haven
“Making Our Way Together: A Service of Gratitude, Repentance and Hope.”

August 10, 6:15pm, Shabbat Service at Congregation Beth Israel
We will welcome the Sabbath with prayer, song, and reflection, as we celebrate the resilience of our city and our hopes for the future. A reception will follow the service. You are welcome to bring fruit, cheese, veggies, or dessert to share. (No meat, please.)

August 11, 3:00-5:30 pm, A Service for Repair at First Presbyterian Church  
The service, organized by Congregate C’ville, will be led by 6 women of color, offering poetry, music, dance, contemplation and communal ritual. After the experiential service, we will break out into spaces of learning. These spaces will provide folks with practical, actionable ways to enter into the work of justice making and repair.

August 12, 4:00 pm, The C’ville Singout! at IX Art Par
