Tonight's talk "Spring Equinox and Flux" considers how to be with the paradox of impermanence and the preciousness of life...remembering it's not what befalls us but the nature of the mind it falls upon. Our intention to do no harm unfolds in the quality of care and attention we bring to ourselves, to each other and to all of life.
All are welcome - newcomers and experienced practitioners alike. The brief talk will include a guided meditation practice.
