Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation's service. It is maybe our most poignant holiday. Pausing to consider the sacrifices made and the causes driving those sacrifices can be a catalyst for growth, both personal and community wide. As meditation practitoners we are challenged to turn directly toward our experience with as much kindness as we can. Please join us for this important reflection.
This evening is our regular Tuesday evening meeting and will be led by Pat Coffey
A period of guided meditation will be followed by a talk and informal discussion. The program is designed to be easily accessible and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.
