In relation to the situation in Afghanistan, I would like to share information on one of the non-profit organizations I support.

I was deployed twice to Afghanistan in 2013/2014 and upon returning home the second time was keen to find an organization dedicated to supporting the newfound access to eduction and growth that girls were being afforded. This is the group I have been following ever since. There are currently in the midst of an emergency fundraising effort.

Hi Judy :) I am not actually military. In my family that was my dad (WWII, can you believe that?) and my brother. I was civilian support at two different bases while I was over there. Never in a million years could I have predicted that path for my life.
