Young Adults' Sangha (YAS!)
facilitated by Liz Reynolds
January 23rd from 6:30-8pm on Zoom
IMCC's Young Adults' Sangha is entering its second year! In 2021, we explored Sebene Selassie's book, You Belong, and worked with the Brahma Viharas of metta (lovingkindness) and karuna (compassion). In 2022, we are continuing to build spiritual community in central Virginia, and are wanting to know what is needed as support for younger folks' centering contemplative practice. If you are interested in attending the YAS, please email Liz Reynolds at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and/or respond to this survey to let us know how YAS can better serve you!
All young adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s are welcome to attend the YAS! There is no need to have a dedicated spiritual or meditation practice, just a willingness to share and learn in dharma-centered community. We welcome your presence as your schedule allows and understand that folks in this age range have a variety of life demands that may make regular participation challenging. Come as you are and explore the dharma's relevance to our lives together!
