Insight Meditation Community of Charlottesville's (IMCC) teachers invite you to gather for an evening of practice, reflection and refuge in community. There will be guidance in practices specifically designed to install calm and equanimity and from that grounded orientation to allow a clearer seeing of appropriate compassionate action for oneself and our community. Brief remarks from several IMCC teachers will be offered followed by supportive small group discussions.
We invite and encourage you to join us for this evening of caring for one another and our community during these challenging times.
