Tonight we will practice various meditation forms designed to enhance the strength of your parasympathetic nervous system.......the aspect of your nervous system that supports relaxation, joy and ease. The Buddha taught greater than four dozen meditation techniques. Tonight Pat will emphasize several powerful methods that support the cultivation of greater tranquility.
Full instructions will be offered such that tonight's program is suitable for beginners.
After the practice period Pat will comment on creating ease in your meditation practice followed by a Q&A period.
