The Buddha's Prescription for Inner Peace and Increasing Joy is Simpler Than You Think

The Buddha articulated a path of practice that offers greater joy, compassion and wisdom. His meditations are exquisitely simple, healing and in harmony with the flow of nature. The mental development aspect of the Buddha's practice has shown powerful results when subjected to scientific examination. Tonight we will explore the heart of this mental training. What are the components of this training? What makes it work so well? And why does it feel so good?


IMCC meets every Tuesday evening for a period of guided meditation and a talk by one of IMCC's experienced meditation teachers.  The program is designed to be friendly and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.
