Join us on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Sundays from 2-3:30pm EDT for meditation practice. We will hold a safe space for people of color to pause and draw on our collective wisdom for deep healing.
Why practice meditation? Regular meditation promotes greater balance, ease, and peace of mind. It can be helpful during moments of stress, when you feel the need to reboot, find stillness and to breathe. Mindfulness is about being fully present in the moment and the breath can be an anchor to the here and now.
