Resources for Families, Young Adults, Teens, & Kids

Expanding Light Sangha (ELS) meets the 2nd Sunday of the month from 6:30 pm - 8pm in the Unitarian Church Parlor Room. All young adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s are welcome to attend. There is no need to have a dedicated spiritual or meditation practice, just a willingness to share and learn in community. We welcome your presence as your schedule allows and understand that folks in this age range have a variety of life demands that may make regular participation challenging. Come as you are and explore the dharma's relevance to our lives together! If you have any questions, email expandinglightsangha@gmail.com.

iBme has many offerings for teens and young adults, from weekly meetups to residential retreats.

Insight Meditation Community of Washington DC hosts a virtual teens of color mindfulness group on the first and third Sunday of each month and a hybrid (online & in person) Young Adult Sangha meeting for those in their 20's and 30's on the third Saturday of every month.
