Resources for Families, Young Adults, Teens, & Kids

Young Adults' Sangha (YAS) meets the 4th Sunday of the month from 6:30-8pm. Contact Liz Reynolds for more information. All young adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s are welcome to attend. There is no need to have a dedicated spiritual or meditation practice, just a willingness to share and learn in community. We welcome your presence as your schedule allows and understand that folks in this age range have a variety of life demands that may make regular participation challenging. Come as you are and explore the dharma's relevance to our lives together!

Charlottesville Families Sitting Together is for families with kids 4-11y.o. Email cvillefst@gmail.com or visit their Facebook page: @Charlottesville Families Sitting Together for more information.

iBme has many offerings for teens and young adults, from weekly meetups to residential retreats.

Insight Meditation Community of Washington DC has a monthly virtual meeting for teens (13-19 y.o.) on the 1st Sunday of the month and for teens of color on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays.

If you have a resource to add, please email: opsdirector@imeditation.org
