No Self, No Problem

Our  intimate experience with body, mind and heart, through mindful awareness, points us toward the
gradual realization of and insights into Anicca, Dukkha, Anatta, (or Impermanence, Suffering and Egolessness )
the three essential characteristics of things in the teaching of the Buddha.

Tonight is a beginning exploration into the Buddha's teaching on Anatta (not self).  This key teaching is often one of the most difficult to grasp with the mind.  Who are we when  not bound by the limiting beliefs of our minds?

This week's teacher is Allie Rudolph.

IMCC meets every Tuesday evening for a period of guided meditation and a talk by one of IMCC's experienced meditation teachers. The program is designed to be suitable and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners. There is no fee and dana (donations) are gratefully accepted.  Chairs are provided, and bring a cushion if you prefer.

Everyone is welcome.  Please join us.
