The Power of Spiritual Practice

In cultivating a spiritual practice powerful enough to transform your life and the lives of those encountering you requires three key energies working in tandem. They are: the mental and heart training through various practices; the refining of ones perspective into greater alignment with 'nature' itself and the continuing refinement of personal integrity. We can call these three energies working together The Virtuous Cycle.
Tonight we all explore how this cycle re-inforces itself and we will pay particular attention to personal integrity energies. This aspect of spiritual practice is often subjegated to the 'bells and whistles' of various meditations and philosophical discussions. It can be truly said that without a continued refinement of personal integrity there is no bonified spiritual practice.
Each Tuesday evening IMCC teachers offer a guided meditation period followed by a talk and discussion. The evening is suitable for newcomers to mediation as well as seasoned practitioners.
