Our regular Tuesday evening meeting will be led tonight by Susan Stone. A period of guided meditation will be followed by a talk and informal discussion. The talk, "Jet-Lag Dharma" explores spiritual aspects inherent in jet lag. The program is designed to be friendly and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.
