Practices that support the heart opening, and sharing the interconnection of the world through love and compassion and celebration, are truly g reat blessings. Join us for a day-long renewal as we move beyond mindfulness, contemplating key passages in the suttas that re-awaken us to the necessity of a joyful heart. Buddha, again and again, exhorted us to arouse ardor, devotion and reverence as means to reaching the supreme goal. If you missed those messages, this retreat is for you!

She believes is it fine to sit in temples and meditate and pray when things are good; when they are not, we are compelled to get off our pillows and do something. Let our actions line up with our intentions.
