Resting in Awareness

All the major contemplative traditions have their version of learning to ‘rest in awareness’. Tonight, we’ll explore these practices experientially through several guided practices.
The talk will focus on understanding the how and why of these ancient practices. They are organic, simple, profound, restorative and sublimely enjoyable. Join us for the experience. The evening will be suitable for both new and well-seasoned meditative practitioners.
