This is one of those weeks when the current events are so big that the connection between them and our collective stress level is crystal clear. We see it, we read and hear about it, and we feel it in our bodies: on a personal level, a national and an international level: all at once. Our practice is about finding peace in ourselves & understanding that our inner balance lets us see our interconnectedness and shared humanity. Rather than getting stuck in the fixed view of one story or another, staying close to the dharma can enable us to move forward with wisdom & clarity.
