Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Course
IMCC is offering an Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Course for 6 weeks from April 30 - June 4 on Wednesday evenings, 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm at the Unitarian Church Parlor Room.
Offerings will include strategies for establishing a meditation practice, fundamental mindfulness meditation practices, sharing and processing with group members, and multiple strategies and resources to sustain a meditation practice.
The class will be facilitated by Phil “Flip” Dupont, who has served as an IMCC Practice Leader and has been an active member of IMCC for over 15 years.
