This evening, we are honored to have returning visiting teacher Ruth King to offer our guided meditation and Dharma talk. This evening will be the first of 3 scheduled events led by Ruth and sponsored by Community Building Committee of IMCC.
Our ongoing Tuesday night gatherings feature time to meditate together as community with guidance and followed by a Dharma talk with one of our teachers. The program is designed to be friendly and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as to more advanced practitioners.
