QUANTUM THEORY OF WHAT?

Ever hear someone refer to quantum theory in a talk? Are you a little sketchy as to what quantum theory is or is not?  Do you want to know what Quantum Theory describes?  This is the evening for you.  Stanley Sobottka is treating us with a presentation and discussion of a paper he was chosen to present at a this year's national Conference of Physics and Nonduality.  Stanley is a member of IMCC and a Professor of physics at the University of Virginia.
