In our goal-driven culture, it is very hard to relax into the truth that this moment is enough. We don’t have to do it differently or be better to be real. Reality is here and nowhere else. Although we may understand the truth of the words, we often forget to live it. In this Insight meditation retreat, you will have an opportunity to rest kindly in the present moment, whatever its content. The program will include meditation, a dharma talk, time for questions, and opportunity for individual conferences with Susan. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
