Nurturing the Body and Soul in Nature – $15.00
Registration is closed
This half-day retreat located in a wooded setting,
will explore mindfulness meditation through movement, relaxation and sitting meditation. Appropriate for folks new to meditation as well as to those who are deepening practice, this is a time to nurture your self and explore relaxation as a doorway to presence.
Led by: Allie Rudolph
Cost is $15 registration fee and Dana/donation appreciated. Space is limited to 15 participants.
