Join us for guided meditation followed by Jeff Fracher's talk entitled "Finding Connection and Community: Taking Refuge in the Dana." Jeff's talk will address the importance of Sangha, or community, as one of the three jewels of our practice. Community is where we experience connection, which is the antidote to separation. Separation from ourselves and others is the root cause of much of our suffering. The talk will describe ways in which the support of Sangha can deepen our practice and reduce our suffering. Suitable for newcomers as well as seasoned meditation practitioners. Chairs provided; bring a cushion or mat if you prefer.
