A period of guided meditation will be followed by a talk, "The Dharma (Teaching) of Blue Socks" by Susan Stone. The gift of socks carries unexpected teachings. This talk explores how socks, beyond their practical uses, can be a spiritual reminder, the pitfalls of reminders and how a pair of blue socks point to reality beyond our everyday life. There will be time for discussion and questions after the talk. An evening for all, whether you're new to meditation or a long-time practitioner.
