An Evening of Tranquility
with Pat Coffey

Tranquility is the foundation for our spiritual practice. Out of our capacity to relax into an alert but restful acceptance of what is flows greater happiness, compassion and wisdom. Tonight will be an evening of guided practice.

Pat will lead a meditation conducive to a calm tranquil abiding and a greater intimacy and acceptance of experience....just as it is.

Meditation is "practice" and not so much an intellectual undertaking.  Tonight the emphasis is on the direct experience of calm abiding through a progression of instructions designed to allow you to taste the deeper benefits of practice.  Pat will offer some comments on the "nature of meditation"  and there will be an opportunity for you to ask questions about your practice.

Please join us for this restorative experience.
