It's sometimes difficult to know how to balance our practice at home on our cushions and then encountering the world that is so much in pain.
Tonight will be a reflection on how we engage our personal practice as not separate from our engagement in the world.
IMCC meets every Tuesday evening for a period of guided meditation and a talk by one of IMCC's meditation teachers. The program is designed to be suitable and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.
