In an era of escalating, radical change, daily life can feel like a minefield through which we must carefully tiptoe. When personal traumas and challenges are added to the mix, the result can be overwhelming. Nothing feels safe. As spiritual pilgrims, we are called to discover that, whatever the circumstances, peace lives in the garden of our heart. This retreat, offered by Susan Stone, provides an opportunity to relax into that garden, the safe island of your peace. The program will include meditation, a dharma talk, time for questions and opportunity for individual conferences with Susan. The retreat is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
There will be a $15 fee, payable at the door, to cover the cost of rent.
