The Buddha famously offered teaching on suffering and the way to end all suffering. The Noble Eightfold Path is at the very heart of these teachings, offering guidance that challenges us to bring the teachings fully alive in our ordinary and everyday practice.
In this evening's talk, we will inquire together into the challenges of our work life and the busy-ness of our daily activities. We will explore freedom from suffering and deep happiness amid the responsibilities and demands of our often stressful modern work.
IMCC meets every Tuesday evening for a period of guided meditation and a talk by one of IMCC's experienced meditation teachers. The program is designed to be friendly and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.
