The 15th anniversary of 9/11 is upon us. There has been considerable reflection and memorial activity as we try to understand and heal.
How would the Buddha reflect on that event and the cascade of cause and effect that changed the world in such drastic ways?
How would the Buddha describe the energies at play and what does our practice promise us to counter-balance those energies in ourselves and in the world?
Tonight Pat will offer a Buddhist perspective and some down to earth practices that will help us bridge the divide, heal our hearts and find joy despite external conditions.
Each Tuesday evening IMCC teachers offer a guided meditation period followed by a talk and discussion. The evening is suitable for newcomers to mediation as well as seasoned practitioners.
