Insight Dialogue: Opening to Life as It Is
In this retreat, we will practice allowing our hearts and minds to open unconditionally to life and to our experience just as it is. We will inquire deeply into the nature of our constructed human lives and into the forces that prevent us from resting in happiness and peace.
Insight Dialogue is a practice of contemplating the Buddhist teachings while meditating in dialogue with others. Prior meditation experience is helpful.
