A Welcome Tea hosted by the IMCC Board is held tonight, 7-7:30 PM, for all who are new to the group. At 7:30, we will follow our usual form of silent sitting meditation, then a shared reflection on "Beginning Again ...."
All who are interested in Insight Meditation are invited to the group.
