at the top of the Mountain on Rt 250 behind the closed gas station on the left
Please join us for a restorative and relaxing communion with Nature. We will walk in silence and periodically sit enveloped in the sounds, sights, smells and touch of the beautiful surrounds of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The hike will be moderately easy with several contemplative stops to allow the movements and calm of nature to wash over us.
This is suitable for beginning meditators as Teresa will offer instructions.
Near the conclusion of the hike we will stop and eat our lunch together. So bring a small pack, water and a bite to eat.
