What Difference does it make? Reflecting on practice

Often we approach meditation practice as something to "do", as a task, or, we might say, " project-mind" driving us to add one more thing of "what's good for us" to the list. A fuller understanding of mindfulness meditation invites us to explore all the moments of  our lives with curiosity, appreciation, and acceptance.  
Our regular weekly group includes a period of sitting meditation.  Tonight this will be followed by a group reflection on the usefulness  and challenges of mindfulness in everyday life.  Everyone who is interested is invited to participate. Jackie Erskine is the leader.
