A Summer Walk in the Woods
Led by Teresa Miller
Saturday, June 11
 Blue Ridge Mountains
9:00AM to 12:30PM
No charge: Dana (donation) to teacher

Meeting Place: Rockfish Gap at the top of Afton Mountain, just off Rt 250 in the parking area between the old Howard Johnson's and the (closed) gas station

Please join us for a restorative and relaxing communion with Nature.  We'll walk in silence and periodically sit enveloped in the sounds, sights, smells and touch of the beautiful surrounds of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

White Rock Falls is a relatively easy (less than 3 miles) trail. Several contemplative stops will allow the movements and calm of nature to wash over us.

We'll stop and eat our lunches in silence.  So bring a small pack, water and a bite to eat.

Please register so that we may contact you in the event of weather cancellation.
