Living Fully, Letting Go

Exploring loss and death in order to live more consciously

An interactive 6-week course with Susan Stone

The Buddha said, “Everything dear and delightful will change and pass away.” All of us have experienced loss countless times, especially in this uncertain era when plans that once seemed attainable are eroding. And we may find that enduring loss doesn’t get easier with experience. How can we learn to accept loss with grace? The question has special significance in relation to the Big Loss, our death.

In this six-week interactive course, we will engage in mutual inquiry and dialogue aimed at deepening our awareness of death and of the letting go it requires, as well as at recognizing how we can practice with loss now in order to unleash the joy and power to live more fully. We will explore the realities of letting go from spiritual, psychological and practical perspectives and their implications for our life.
