When the mind lets go, there arises a sense of calm: the mind free of desire, agitation, boredom and ill will.

We discover the relief of a mind at peace. This talk will offer an extension of an earlier talk as we explore together the wholesome practices that invite a sense of tranquility and calm abiding in all aspects of life.

IMCC meets every Tuesday evening for a period of guided meditation and a talk by one of IMCC's experienced meditation teachers.  The program is designed to be friendly and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.
