Our regular Tuesday evening meeting will begin with a period of guided meditation led by Sharon Beckman-Brindley. Our guest speaker is Buddhist scholar and author, Sallie King. Sallie has the wonderful gift of integrating deep understanding of the Dharma with guidance toward wise and practical living in our modern world. She will speak on "Lessons in Hope from Engaged Buddhism."

IMCC meets every Tuesday evening for a period of guided meditation and a talk by one of IMCC's experienced meditation teachers. The program is designed to be friendly and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.
