As we live in our chaotic modern world, we can be dismayed and overwhelmed at times by the obvious limitations, vulnerabilities, confusions and downright mistakes we see in ourselves or others. We can hope to find somewhere a final understanding of ancient spiritual practices and how these might interface with the turbulence of our own daily lives and relationships.

In this evening’s talk we will continue to offer some context to frame these inquiries as well as an ongoing exploration of ways to individually discover - over and over again - our own unique path.
There will be full meditation instructions offered, making this session suitable for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.
