Too Big To Fear: Finding Freedom when Facing Fear
Guided Meditation and Dharma Talk
with Laura Good
Guest dharma teacher, Laura Good will explore fear with a guided meditation, chanting and personal stories about how to mindfully use fear to find freedom and joy. We’ll also draw from the Fearless Abhaya Sutta (AN 4:184) and the Karaniya Metta Sutta: The Discourse on Loving-kindness, and see what the Buddha had to recommend about how to deal with fear.
