“What is meditation” and “why do we do it” may sound like unnecessary questions in a community where meditation is a central activity and some have been meditating for years.
In this talk, Susan follows the direction in which the Buddha was pointing when he said “Come, find it true for yourself.” She traces the natural evolution of meditation beyond formal practices into the simplicity of being what we already are. The talk shows why, in these urgent times, responding to the world’s call from the fullness of being is more critical than ever.
