Living Happily with Thinking
“Grace is the composure that comes naturally when your thoughts are no longer able to shift your mind away from the details of this moment.” Angel Kyodo Williams
While we can’t force happiness to happen, we can set the conditions for happiness to shine through - to support and guide and nourish ourselves and others - even in the midst of suffering. The series on “Happiness” continues with an exploration of thinking and how our thoughts can help to cultivate and reveal – or, alternately, help to obscure – our innate happiness.
