Life can seem so impossible; we can become overwhelmed. Our spiritual practice offers wise and simple guidance through the wilderness. We are invited to listen to the bells that continually sing in our deepest being, bells that always offer alignment with what is immediate and present. From there, we open our minds and hearts to the wisdom, kindness, compassion, humility and patience that guides us unfailingly, to what is ours to do.
Join us for a spring non-residential retreat in the beautiful Virginia countryside where we will, together, explore the goodness and nourishment of a personal spiritualty that guides us in the midst of life’s challenges. We will practice silent meditation and, together, the contemplations of Insight Dialogue in which we will explore our moment- to-moment experience while meditating in dialogue with others. This practice allows us to perceive and understand things that are normally overlooked by our conceptual minds in the busyness of life. Meditating together, we come to know and to release these habits of our minds and we find there is nowhere to be but here. There is nothing to fix and no self-improvement project is necessary.
