Our drop-in nature meditation monthly practice group, "SANGHAS' SUNDAYS" will meet again on March 3rd from 10:00 to 11:30 AM at Riverview Park's Adopt-a-Spot's rock circle at the end of street on 1909 Chesapeake ST.
This free offering is an open gathering among eco-spiritual friends, connecting in nature with gratitude, compassion and reciprocity contemplations related to community engagement for climate action.
*Also, during our intentional and insightful discussion, we'll explore co-creating this spring's local "Car-Free-er Sundays" EarthDay initiative. This initiative includes a 1-month pledge to be launched on Sun. April 21st in collaboration with Ligmincha Charlottesville's and the Tom Tom Festival's co-sponsored satellite program theme--"Together: Conscious City." Hosted local spiritual community members have committed to collaboratively present a free nature meditation program in support of "car-free-er" commuting throughout this day-long event (via Rideshare/carpooling, walking, bicycling, public transit) to and from Riverview Park's Adopt-a-Spot.
