A heart of peace and joy is always available. In these days of challenging circumstances, we can become overwhelmed and forget to remember. In tonight’s offering we will explore together the Buddha’s teachings on the gladness of heart that is a natural law and the birthright of each one of us. We will consider and, together, practice ways to open to, receive, absorb, deepen, and be filled with that gladness.
