SANGHA SUNDAYS: Nature Meditation Gathering
Join us for our monthly nature meditation practice group, "SANGHA SUNDAYS," on the 1st Sunday of April, April 7th, from 10:00 to 11:30 AM. We'll meet at Riverview Park's Adopt-a-Spot's rock circle, located at the end of the street, 1909 Chesapeake St.
This free offering welcomes eco-spiritual friends to connect in nature, reflecting on gratitude, compassion, and reciprocity in relation to community engagement for climate action.

"4-More-Car-Free-Days" Initiative Integration
During our intentional and insightful discussion, we'll continue integrating mindful practices to develop a local initiative: "4-More-Car-Free-Days." The initiative's launch is set for Sunday, April 21st, during the Ligmincha Charlottesville and Tom Tom Festival's co-sponsored satellite program, "Together: Conscious City." The outdoor day-long program will be held at Riverview Park's rock circle, featuring local spiritual community members committed to presenting a free nature meditation program. We aim to promote "car-free-er" commuting through rideshare/carpooling, walking, bicycling, and electric-bicycling, with minimal public transit. This initiative aligns with Charlottesville's "National May Bike-Month" promotion at the EarthDay event on April 21st.
