ELS Retreat

The Expanding Light Sangha is hosting an annual 2-day/2-night retreat on January 24-26, 2025 at Mountain Light Retreat - 6656 Mountain Light Place, Crozet, VA. Our time on retreat together aims to deepen our practice by learning and sharing new meditation and mindfulness techniques, examining the dharma, spending time in nature, and engaging in periods of noble silence. Food will be provided potluck style with attention to dietary needs. Mountain Light Retreat is within driving distance from Charlottesville. 

Participants are free to come and go as needed, but the experience will be amplified by spending as much time in “retreat mode” as possible.
