It is useful and helpful to keep looking at where the Buddha was pointing for us to gain a real handle on the heart and essence of his teachings, and to get a sense of the territory of why we practice. Tonight we shall explore the essence of the Buddha's teachings as outlined in the 4 Noble Truths.
IMCC meets weekly for an evening of guided meditation followed by a brief talk. The program is designed to be friendly and of interest to people with little meditation experience as well as for more advanced practitioners.
