Tonight's reflection will be on the experience and practice of gratitude in our lives. How quickly we can forget gratefulness in the midst of busyness and the routines of taking things for granted.
Gratitude is a way of inspiring the mind and opening the heart to the blessings of our lives.
Tonight's event will also feature a short video presentation.
IMCC meets weekly for an evening of guided meditation followed by a brief talk. The program is designed to be friendly and of interest to people with little meditation experience as well as for more advanced practitioners.
