Dharma Contemplation is  a reflective  practice in which we speak the Buddha's actual words, allowing them to settle deeply in our consciousness and in our hearts. In this series, we will explore together the Buddha's teachings on various wholesome topics and the practices which lead to deep and abiding happiness.  The first of the series will be the  teaching on loving kindness, especially as it is directed toward all aspects of our own being. Click here for more on the practice of Dharma Contemplation.

The plan for this series is that participants will meet together once monthly,  joining with others in contemplation practice, not in person, but via a telephone conference call. Technical assistance will be provided to anyone not yet familiar with this easy to use service.  Because it is not in person, it also will be easy to adjust meeting times to accommodate the schedules of the participants. The first meeting will be on Saturday, September 7th, between 2:30 and 4:30 PM. We will discover together when the best time(s) will be for participants who plan to be at subsequent meetings.

There is no charge for this offering; however Dana will be accepted for the teacher.

Please register if you would like to be included in meeting notices for this group.
