Dharma Contemplation is a reflective  practice in which we speak and contemplate the Buddha's actual words, allowing them to settle deeply in our consciousness and in our hearts. In this series, we are exploring together the Buddha's teachings on various wholesome topics and on practices which lead to deep and abiding happiness. Click here for more on the practice of Dharma Contemplation.

In this series, our informal group meets together once monthly, joining with others, not in person, but via a telephone conference call. There is no obligation to attend if you sign up for notices and all are welcome to join in at any meeting as schedules permit. Our next meeting will be on Sunday, November 17th  between 8:30 and 10:00 AM. To join us, shortly before 8:30 on Sunday, dial (712) 432 0850 and at the prompt use code #316114.

There is no charge for this offering; however Dana will be accepted for the teacher.

If you would like to receive notices, please send a quick email to sharon@metta.org and she'll add you to the email list.
