Relaxing--It's Not What You Think It Is
Our meeting will begin with a meditation period, followed by a talk by Susan Stone that explores the meaning of relaxing and how it is an essential balance to effort in spiritual practice. There will be informal discussion afterwards. An evening for all, whether you are new to spiritual practice or experienced.
